We deliver worldwide.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days except custom and international orders which will be processed between 1 - 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays). after receiving your order confirmation email. You will then receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Orders made within Europe and the UK will be delivered between 1 - 5 business days for custom items (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Custom orders made within Europe and the UK will be delivered between 3 - 7 business days for custom items (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Potential delays may arise due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

International Shipping

International orders can expect to receive their item(s) typically within 5 - 20 business days for custom items (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Potential delays may arise due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SOLOSTYLES is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free local delivery is available for orders over £75.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
